FOUNDER ESTATE DIRECTOR
Tori Horowitz
Tori was born and raised on the West side of Los Angeles and has an intimate knowledge of every corner of this great city we call home. A graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts, she came to Real Estate after many years in the film and music businesses, and has a keen understanding of the ways in which artists and creative professionals love to live.
With a discerning eye and an innate sense for all things cool, Tori brings her signature aesthetic and friendly (yet fierce) approach to everything she does. Be warned—Tori is an animal lover and may ignore you (temporarily) in favor of snuggling your dog when she first walks in your door.

Deborah Barron
Deborah began her real estate career in the Northern California wine country where she honed her skills as a top producing agent and skilled negotiator. With a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a warm, caring manner, Deborah built a business of referrals and repeat business.
Her first year in the business, Deborah earned the “Rookie of the Year” award for highest number of closed sales. In the years to follow, her consistent and notable performance earned her the President’s Club award for top sales volume.
In her first 15 years as an agent and manager of two successful real estate offices, Deborah represented and oversaw hundreds of transactions. Her extensive knowledge of contract law, the intricacies of complex transactions, and her successful track record of negotiating with creativity and resourcefulness have made her a trusted and highly sought after advisor to her clients.

Deborah Lindenmuth
Debbie is thrilled to bring her passion for Real Estate and design to the Canyonhaus team. Originally licensed in 2001 after relocating to California from the Boston area, Deborah began her Real Estate career in northern California, quickly becoming a top tier producer. Her honesty and integrity, as well as her effective communication skills and attention to detail, help to facilitate smooth transactions for her clients. She knows that buying and selling a home can be one of the most stressful times in life and goes above and beyond to guide clients through each step of the process to ensure a successful transaction, making the process as stress-free as possible.
In her spare time, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking and practicing yoga. Her favorite pursuit, however, is discovering and restoring properties with her partner. They currently live in a Laurel Canyon bungalow built in 1917 that they restored in 2016 along with their three rescue dogs, Sophia, Pinot and Lida.

Kathleen Mahoney
Kathleen Mahoney has spent the past 20-plus years cultivating the art of a perfectly balanced career. In the competitive Southern California marketplace, few agents offer their clients the diversity of professional knowledge that Kathleen has achieved. With her vast experience in real estate sales, management, renovation, investment property ownership, residential and business project coordinating, interior design, restaurant consulting and ownership, and special event production, Kathleen has an eye for detail and an unmatched ability to get things done the way her clients want them.
Early in her career, Kathleen mastered the art of hospitality. She is founder and producer of Rhythm Fest, an annual music, theatre and arts festival. She soon established herself as a restaurant consultant, moving on to restaurant ownership. She explored her creative talents as an interior designer, working with some of the city’s top restaurants and nightclubs, as well as private residences.
For the past 13 years, as a real estate agent, she helps her clients sell or buy their perfect home, and complements this with the ability to assist in home renovation and design. Kathleen also has the unique advantages and insights of a Los Angeles native and is intimately familiar with both the obvious attributes and the hidden secrets of the region’s most desirable neighborhoods.

Rinat Greenberg
Born in Tel Aviv and raised in Liverpool, Rinat has spent the last two-and-half decades working in Los Angeles while simultaneously clinging to her British accent for dear life. Relationship driven, she defines “people person.” She has worked extensively in the worlds of music video, commercial, film and still photography production producing multiple campaigns for clients including Nike, Disney, Toyota and Escada. She then became the managing partner of Miauhaus Studios, a high-end still photography studio, which catered to clients such as Mario Testino, Vogue, Vanity Fair, Gucci and Tom Ford. She co-founded Creel Studio in 2011 and ran the day-to-day operations until her full-time transition to real estate.
Throughout her professional career, Rinat has maintained a deep love of all things real estate. First as an investor, and now applying her producing experience and design aesthetic to cater to her clients. Having overseen multi-million dollar advertising campaigns, she understands the importance of staying on schedule and on budget.
Rinat is happiest hanging with her wife, two sons, and her extensive network of friends. She loves traveling, playing poker, cooking up a feast and feeding her news addiction by reading every available online source. Oh and her matzoh ball soup is award winning. Actually it’s not, but it should be.
